By accessing and using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform or services.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Smart Lab Source platform, website, and associated services (collectively, "the Platform"), operated at smartlabsource.com.
By accessing the Platform, registering as an Associate, or submitting an order request, you confirm that you:
- Are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement
- Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full
- Accept sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws in your country, state, and jurisdiction
- Acknowledge that Smart Lab Source is a facilitation and matching service only, and not a supplier, manufacturer, or distributor of any products
About Our Service
Smart Lab Source operates as an invite-only laboratory matching and facilitation platform. Our role is to:
- Connect approved Associates with suitable ISO-certified laboratories based on product requirements, location, quality history, and availability
- Facilitate cross-border payment processing on behalf of Associates, allowing orders to be placed in local currency
- Coordinate order communication between Associates and laboratories
- Assist with any post-order issues to the best of our ability
Important: Smart Lab Source does not manufacture, stock, supply, or distribute any products directly. All products are sourced, packed, and shipped directly by the matched laboratory to the Associate's nominated delivery address. Smart Lab Source acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator.
Laboratories within our network are ISO-certified and have been personally vetted by our team based on product quality history, consistency, packaging standards, and shipping reliability. However, Smart Lab Source makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the performance, quality, or fitness for purpose of any product supplied by a third-party laboratory.
Associate Membership
Access to the Smart Lab Source platform is strictly by invitation only. Membership ("Associate" status) is granted subject to the following conditions:
- You must be referred to the platform by an existing, active Associate
- Your application must be manually reviewed and approved by Smart Lab Source
- Membership is provided free of charge — there are no joining or subscription fees
- Membership is personal and non-transferable — you may not share your access credentials or allow any other person to use your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account access
Smart Lab Source reserves the right to decline any application for membership, or to suspend or revoke Associate status at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
Products & Research Use
The products available through the Smart Lab Source platform include compounds associated with health, wellness, recovery, longevity, and performance research, as well as ancillary components required for their use.
Research Purposes: Many of the products available through our platform are supplied by laboratories for research purposes only and have not been evaluated, approved, or licensed by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any equivalent regulatory body for use in the treatment, prevention, or diagnosis of any disease or medical condition. They are not intended for human consumption unless directed by a licensed medical professional.
By ordering any product through our platform, you acknowledge that:
- You are acquiring the product for lawful research, quality verification, or personal investigation purposes only
- You have sought or will seek appropriate professional medical advice before using any compound
- You understand the inherent risks associated with the use of research compounds, including but not limited to infection, systemic reactions, and hormonal imbalances
- Smart Lab Source accepts no responsibility for any adverse effects, health consequences, or outcomes arising from the use or misuse of any product sourced through our platform
Several compounds available through our network may be classified as prohibited substances by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and similar bodies. It is the sole responsibility of each Associate to determine whether any product is permitted for use under the rules and regulations that apply to them.
Orders & Payments
All orders placed through Smart Lab Source are processed manually. The order process operates as follows:
- Associates build an order request using our platform and submit it to Smart Lab Source via email or the platform's order submission function
- Smart Lab Source reviews the order and matches it with the most suitable available laboratory
- A confirmation is provided to the Associate including product availability, pricing, estimated delivery timeframe, and payment instructions
- The Associate confirms the order and arranges payment prior to dispatch
- Smart Lab Source facilitates the cross-border payment to the laboratory on the Associate's behalf
- The laboratory packs and dispatches the order directly to the Associate's nominated delivery address
Pricing: All prices displayed on the platform are indicative and quoted in the Associate's local currency. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order review. Smart Lab Source reserves the right to adjust pricing to reflect currency fluctuations, laboratory pricing changes, or variations in order specifications. Discounts may be available for larger volume orders — please enquire at the time of ordering.
Payment must be received in full prior to any order being dispatched. Smart Lab Source accommodates a range of payment methods — details are provided at the time of order confirmation. All payments are final. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Smart Lab Source.
Delivery & Timeframes
All orders are shipped directly from the matched laboratory to the Associate's nominated delivery address via FedEx or UPS. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the order type, laboratory processing time, and destination country.

Transparency first: We will always endeavour to provide an estimated delivery timeframe before payment is requested, giving you the opportunity to make an informed decision. If a timeframe is unacceptable to you, you are under no obligation to proceed with the order.
While we make every effort to meet the above timeframes, please be aware that:
- Laboratory stock availability and production schedules are subject to change and may affect dispatch times
- International shipping times can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, and events beyond our control
- Smart Lab Source will proactively keep Associates informed of any delays or changes to estimated timeframes
- Smart Lab Source accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Delivery timeframes quoted are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date. In the event of a significant delay, Smart Lab Source will work with the Associate and laboratory to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Customs, Import Laws & Border Compliance
Critical Notice: The legal status of research compounds, peptides, and associated products varies significantly between countries, states, and jurisdictions. It is entirely and solely the responsibility of each Associate to research and confirm the legality of importing, possessing, and using any product in their destination country before placing an order.
Smart Lab Source facilitates cross-border transactions and the matching of Associates with overseas laboratories. In doing so, we wish to make the following clearly understood:
- We are not lawyers and we do not provide legal advice of any kind
- We do not verify whether any product may be legally imported into an Associate's destination country — this responsibility rests entirely with the Associate
- Customs seizures — where products are intercepted and seized by customs authorities — are the sole risk and responsibility of the Associate placing the order
- Legal consequences arising from the attempted importation of restricted or prohibited substances are the sole responsibility of the Associate
- No refunds will be issued in the event of a customs seizure, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of order
We will always do our best to help: While legal responsibility for import compliance rests with the Associate, Smart Lab Source will make every reasonable effort to assist with any customs-related issues. This may include providing product documentation, laboratory certificates, or other supporting information to assist with the resolution of a customs matter. However, our ability to intervene in customs or legal proceedings is limited, and we make no guarantees regarding outcomes.
All products are shipped in discreetly packaged, generic-labeled containers bearing only a product reference code. This is standard practice and is intended to protect the privacy of our Associates during transit. However, Associates acknowledge that this does not guarantee that shipments will not be subject to customs inspection or seizure.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have satisfied yourself as to the legality of receiving the ordered products in your jurisdiction, and you release Smart Lab Source from any liability arising from customs seizure, legal proceedings, or regulatory action in connection with your order.
Packaging
All standard orders are supplied in generic, discreet packaging. Unless custom packaging has been specifically requested and arranged, products are supplied as follows:
- Products are contained within a labeled outer container bearing a product reference code only — no product names or branding
- Individual units (vials, etc.) within the container are unlabeled, allowing Associates to apply their own branding if required
Custom packaging options are available to all Associates upon request, including custom labels, branded cardboard boxes, custom soft-shell boxes, 3D printed containers, and custom storage solutions including refrigeration units. Custom packaging involves additional costs and production lead times — these will be quoted and confirmed prior to order placement. Cost per unit decreases with larger order volumes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Lab Source, its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:
- The use or misuse of any product sourced through our platform
- Any adverse health effects, injuries, or outcomes resulting from the use of any product
- Customs seizures, import restrictions, or legal consequences in any jurisdiction
- Delays in delivery caused by laboratories, carriers, or customs authorities
- Product quality issues attributable to the manufacturing laboratory
- Any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the platform
- Unauthorised access to Associate accounts
Our total liability to any Associate in connection with any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that Associate for the specific order to which the claim relates.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Associate Conduct
As a member of the Smart Lab Source network, Associates agree to:
- Use the platform and services lawfully and in good faith at all times
- Not share access credentials or platform content with unauthorised persons
- Not attempt to circumvent platform security, access controls, or authentication mechanisms
- Not use the platform or any sourced products for any unlawful purpose
- Treat all pricing, product, and supplier information accessed through the platform as confidential
- Only refer individuals to the platform who they genuinely know and trust, and who they believe will use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms
Associates who refer others to the platform do so in good faith and acknowledge that they hold no legal responsibility for the conduct of those they refer, provided the referral itself was made honestly and without intent to circumvent our access policies.
Termination of Access
Smart Lab Source reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke Associate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms of Service
- Conduct that Smart Lab Source considers harmful to the integrity or safety of the network
- Non-payment or fraudulent payment activity
- Sharing of platform access or content with unauthorised persons
- Any activity that Smart Lab Source reasonably believes to be unlawful
Associates may request the deactivation of their own account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon deactivation, access to the platform will be revoked and personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
In summary — your data is your data. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third party for any reason without your explicit consent. You may request access to, correction of, or removal of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Changes to These Terms
Smart Lab Source reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify Associates via email prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent update is noted at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage Associates to review these Terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Smart Lab Source platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
