Who We Are
Smart Lab Source operates as an invite-only laboratory matching and facilitation platform, accessible at smartlabsource.com. We connect approved Associates with ISO-certified laboratories for the sourcing of health, wellness, recovery, and longevity products.

What Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate our platform and process your orders. This may include:
- Your name and email address (provided via Google Sign-In)
- Contact details you choose to provide, such as a Telegram username or WhatsApp number
- Delivery address and order details when you submit an order request
- The name of the Associate who referred you to our platform
We do not collect payment information directly. Payment arrangements are handled separately and securely on a per-order basis.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely for the following purposes:
- To verify your identity and authorise access to our Associate Portal
- To process and fulfil your order requests
- To communicate with you regarding your orders, account status, or platform updates
- To maintain the integrity and security of our invite-only network
We do not use your information for marketing purposes, profiling, or any purpose beyond the direct operation of our platform and services.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third party for any reason whatsoever, unless we have obtained your explicit consent to do so.
The only exception to this is where we are required to share limited information with a laboratory to fulfil your order — for example, your delivery address. In such cases, only the information strictly necessary to complete your order is shared, and only with the laboratory fulfilling that specific order.
We will never share your information with advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies, or any other commercial third parties.
Data Storage & Security
Your Associate account information is stored securely within our private, access-controlled systems. Access to your data is strictly limited to authorised personnel only.
Authentication to our platform is handled via Google Sign-In. We do not store your Google account password or any authentication credentials. Google's own security standards and privacy policies apply to the authentication process.
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no system is completely immune to security risks. We encourage all Associates to maintain strong, unique passwords on their Google accounts and to sign out of the portal when not in use.
Cookies & Tracking
Our platform uses minimal browser storage technologies solely for the purpose of maintaining your session and preserving your order list between visits. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics tools that collect your personal information.
Specifically, we use:
- Session Storage — to maintain your login session during your visit
- Local Storage — to save your order list between sessions for convenience
This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Your Rights
You have full rights over your personal data at any time, including the right to:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Request corrections to any inaccurate information
- Request the complete removal of your data from our systems
- Withdraw your consent for us to hold your information at any time
To exercise any of these rights, simply send an email to [email protected] with your request. We will action all data removal and correction requests promptly and without question.
Data Retention
We retain your information only for as long as you remain an active Associate of our platform, or as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil outstanding orders.
If your Associate account is deactivated — whether by your request or ours — your personal information will be retained for a brief period to resolve any outstanding matters, after which it will be permanently removed from our systems upon request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational reasons. Any significant changes will be communicated to Associates directly via email. The date of the most recent update is noted at the bottom of this page.
Continued use of our platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
